Product Warranty


Studio Assets offers a Limited One Year Warranty to all products. Studio Assets' Limited One Year Warranty guarantees to the first end user, under normal use, that the product will be free from defects in workmanship and in materials for a period of one (1) year from the purchase date as is noted on the original receipt and/or invoice. The Limited One Year Warranty is void if any signs of tampering, modification and/or unauthorized service is performed on the product. Accidental and user damage is not covered under the Limited One Year Warranty. Products that fall under the Limited One Year Warranty will be inspected and repair will be attempted. If the product is unable to be repaired the product will be replaced by either a refurbished or new product.


International Customers (those outside of the USA), please contact your local dealer for warranty claims. For international customers purchasing direct or from authorized dealers in the USA - it is your responsibility to properly package and send the defective product, together with a copy of your dated proof of purchase, a complete explanation of the problem, return address, and RMA document to our service center at your expense. International customers will also be responsible for all shipping costs and applicable duties to return or replace the unit. Studio Assets will not be responsible for any damage or loss incurred in connection with the return of this product.
